Maurice was a friend of Alwyn and Hazel Bloomfield in Hammersmith in 1955. Alwyn(aka Fred) was an artist, used to hang pictures on Bayswater railings. I would like to hear from him if possible.

I dont know if this will help your search, but it could be a clue to pursue? I am a Plymouth GP.
From 1946 until 1953, I lived at 42A High Street, Harrow on the Hill, in a flat above Whitworth Greens Tailors, and next door was a Chemists shop and then Maurice Browns Antiques and Art Dealers shop. My parents moved to Watford in 1953 when I was 8yrs old. The tailors, chemists and antiques shop changed hands many years ago, I believe but you may be able to trace where Maurice Brown went from there. He might not even be the same Maurice Brown that knew the artist Alwyn Bloomfield in Hammersmith. Just a thought. I hope it helps you find who you seek. Good Luck! Rod
